DESCRIPTION
This shared accommodation is located
on Calle Faustino Alvarez in the center of Seville, close to the Alameda
de Hercules and just a few meters from the Calle Feria with its famous
fruit market. The area is also convenient to the tourist attractions and
monuments, the main shopping district, several supermarkets, cyber cafes,
tapas bars and local shops. The location of the apartment provides easy
access to the river, the nearby panoramic tower, several Flamenco and
Language schools, as well as many bus stops which connect you to the rest
of the city.
The shared flat has one single and one double room. The accommodation is bright and has an interior patio which is connected to the kitchen where you can eat, relax or study. There is also a television in the living room which offers fresh air and plenty of natural light. The apartment has one shared bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The modern kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, stove, microwave etc.. Bed linens and towels are provided.
