DESCRIPTION
The shared flat is in a renovated
house located between the calle Feria and the Alameda de Hercules. The
location is close to many local shops, a fresh foods market and several
tapas bars and restaurants. The central shopping district and the Plaza
de la Encarnación within 5–10 minutes walking distance.
This shared apartment is best for mature residents who wish to interact with the flat owner. It is especially recommended for those studying flamenco, or interests such as horticulture and vegetarian cooking . The owner is a plant enthusiast, ecologist and vegetarian, who enjoys meeting new people and showing them the city from a local’s point of view. The flat includes two bedrooms, all with exterior windows. There are two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area as well as a roof top terrace and garden which is perfect for practicing flamenco guitar. Bed linens and towels are provided.
