The shared flat is located on Avenida de Eduardo Dato in the center of Seville. Just a few minutes from the University and very close to the Parque Maria Luisa, Jardines de Murillo and Plaza de España. The location of this shared apartment is very central and close to the main monuments and sights. At the same time its tranquility gives you space to relax and soak up the Andalucian way of life. It also offers easy access to many other quaint neighbourhoods in the centre of Sevilla, whilst remaining a quiet area in itself.

This shared apartment has two spacious and bright bedrooms, a bathroom with sink, a toilet with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linens are provided. Free Internet connection (WiFi). The flatshare is within a couple of minutes walking distance from the newly installed tramline, and offers independency and a family atmosphere at the same time. Please note that in case of pet alergies, the owner has two small dogs.

Shopping: This is a newer area of the city, and there are many local shops and supermarkets close by. The closest fresh food market is about 7 minutes away, just a few blocks from the Puente de Bomberos. A large commercial center (mall), Nervion Plaza, is very close to the accommodation, with restaurants, shops, a movie theatre and more.

Eat and Drink: This area offers many options for dining out, especially around the Avda. De la Buhaira. The parts of the old town closest to the accommodation with more options include Santa Cruz and Puerta Carmona.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 8 minutes from the accommodation on Puerta de la Carne and costs around 18€ per day.
