This shared accomodation is located
on San Clemente street between Santa Maria la Blanca and Tintes Streets
in the Santa Cruz quarter of Seville. This shared flat has three bedrooms
in total and offers the tranquility of a pedestriani street. One of the
rooms has a private bedroom with single bed, a small private bathroom
with sink, toilet and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a television, DVD and a shared roof terrace where you can relax and/or hang your laundry. The tiled kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, table and chairs. In case you have any alergies with pets, please note that the owner has a cat. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Directly across the street is a nice Moroccan restaurant and further down calle San Esteban is a teteria, serving a wide variety of teas from Morocco and the middle east. Several blocks away on call Luis Montoto is Bar El Caeteto, with a wide variety of typical Andalusian dishes at good prices.
Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 6 minutes from the accommodation on Puerta de la Carne and costs around 18€ per day.
