Piso Castellar is located on Calle Castellar in the center of Seville. This bright and airy apartment is convenient to the main tourist attractions and monuments, while at the same time just a few minutes away from the famous Calle Feria, known for its local shops and markets. The location is in a very typical sevillian neighborhood, full of local life. The main shopping district, several supermarkets, and a few cyber cafes are close by as well. The location of the shared flat also has excellent access to the river, the Plaza San Andres and several Flamenco and language schools.

The flat has three single rooms in total. The layout features a bright interior, including a spacious living room with television where you can relax or study. There is one complete bathroom shared amongst the roommates. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave etc., and is roomy enough to accommodate all the occupants. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Shopping: This shared accommodation is located in the Alameda quarter of Seville, and also offers easy access to the main shopping district. There are many supermarkets, clothing and thrift stores nearby. The Feria fresh food market is only five minutes away, where one can find fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruit.

Eat and Drink: Bar Santa Marta in the Plaza San Andres (approx. 5 minutes) is a local favorite. There are more than thirty different restaurants and bars, some vegetarian friendly, located in the adjacent Alameda de Hercules plaza.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garages are 10 minutes from the accommodation on Calle Imagen and Plaza del Duque, and cost around 18€ per day.
