The shared apartment is located on Calle Arrayan in the center of Seville. This area is very popular, and the main shopping district, several supermarkets, cyber cafes, restaurants and local shops are within short walking distance. The apartment is only a few meters away from the famous fruit and vegetable market in Calle Feria, as well as the newly renovated Alameda de Hercules. The Alameda is well known as a place to stroll or enjoy many cultural activities and tapas bars. The apartment location also offers easy access to several typical plazas, the Guadalquivir river and the Parque del Alamillo.

This flat share has 3 single rooms in total. The bedrooms are bright, and there is also a television and DVD player in the living room. A free internet connection (via WiFi) is available in this flat. There is one communal bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave etc.. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Shopping: This shared accommodation is located in the Alameda quarter of Seville, and also offers easy access to the main shopping district. There are many supermarkets, clothing and thrift stores nearby. The Feria fresh food market is only five minutes away, where one can find fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruit.

Eat and Drink: Bar Santa Marta in the Plaza San Andres (approx. 5 minutes) is a local favorite. There are more than thirty different restaurants and bars, some vegetarian friendly, located in the adjacent Alameda de Hercules plaza.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garages are 10 minutes from the accommodation on Calle Imagen and Plaza del Duque, and cost around 18€ per day.
