DESCRIPTION
The shared flat is located on Manuel
Bermudo Barrera street in the Santa Cruz quarter of Seville. Just 2 minutes
from the University and very close to the Parque Maria Luisa, Jardines
de Murillo and Plaza de España. It also offers easy access to many
other quaint neighbourhoods in the centre of Sevilla, whilst remaining
a quiet area in itself. This shared accommodation provides WiFi-Internet
access.
This shared apartment has three spacious and bright bedrooms, a bathroom with sink, a toilet with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen are provided. The flatshare is within a couple of minutes walking distance from the newly installed tram line, and offers independency and a family atmosphere at the same time. Please note that in case of pet alergies, the owner has a dog.
