Just a few minutes from the University and very close to the Jardines de Murillo, the Plaza de España and the Jardines de la Buhaira. Monuments and various sightseeing locations can be reached in a few minutes on foot, and the newly installed tram line can be used to visit them easily. The nearby Parque Maria Luisa, with its museums, greenery and cafes built for the 1929 Expo, is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

The main shopping areas of Calle Sierpes, Calle Tetuan and Plaza del Duque are closely located as well. At the same time the apartment's space and tranquility gives you the opportunity to relax. This shared apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom with sink, toilet with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linens are provided.

Shopping: This is a newer area of the city, and there are many local shops and supermarkets close by. The closest fresh food market is about 7 minutes away, just a few blocks from the Puente de Bomberos. A large commercial center (mall), Nervion Plaza, is very close to the accommodation, with restaurants, shops, a movie theatre and more.

Eat and Drink: This area offers many options for dining out, especially around the Avda. De la Buhaira. The parts of the old town closest to the accommodation with more options include Santa Cruz and Puerta Carmona.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 8 minutes from the accommodation on Puerta de la Carne and costs around 18€ per day.
