Piso Eva is located just off of the Calle San Luis in the Macarena quarter of Seville, only a few meters away from the famous Basilica of the Macarena. The immediate area around the apartment is filled with many local shops, tapas bars and cafes. Just a few minutes are the Alameda de Hércules and Calle Feria, where you can find local markets and plenty of nightlife. This area is also well connected with public transport: several bus stops are on the main inner city ring road less than a minute from the apartment, as well as the new bicycle paths and public bicycle system (sevici).

This is a quiet location which is also very close to a lot of daily, local activity typical of the Macarena quarter. The shared apartment has one single room, with windows to a patio. The living room, kitchen and all other rooms have windows which provide plenty of natural light in the apartment. The apartment is clean, organized and very nicely decorated. There is one fully equipped bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, as well as a spacious kitchen which includes a fridge, stove, microwave etc.. There is also free WiFi internet access in the shared apartment. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Shopping: The shared accommodation is located in the Macarena quarter, just off the Calle San Luis The area has plenty of local shops for every day needs, including bakeries, small grocery stores, tapas bars, banks and more. Nearby is the Calle Feria with many other options such as a s fresh foods market, with stands for fish, meat and vegetables; as well as a small organic grocer.

Eat and Drink: The calle Feria offers the most options for dining out, including several typical Andalusian bars, such as one located in the Feria food market, with some of the best fried fish around. Just outside the apartment there are also a number of tapas bars, including a well known Freiduria, which serves fresh fried seafood for takeaway.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is approximately 7 – 8 minutes from the accommodation near the Macarena hospital and costs about 19€ per day.
