This shared accomodation is located on Calle Celinda between the Plaza Alfalfa and the Plaza Encarnacion in the Santa Cruz quarter of Seville. This shared flat has three bedrooms in total and offers the tranquility often found in a pedestrian street. Only a few minutes away from Casa de Pilatos which is one of the most famous monuments. Other sights such as the Cathedral, the Alcazar Palace and Plaza de España are within an 8-10 minute walk from the apartment. The neighbouring Plaza Alfalfa, which is only 1 minute from the shared flat, is famous for its nightlife, cafes and restaurants serving international and local food.

The kitchen is fully equiped, while the shared bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower/bathtub. There is also a television, DVD and a quiet, shared roof terrace where you can relax and/or hang your laundry. The shared kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave, dishes and cutlery. In case you have any alergies with pets, please note that the owner has a small dog and two cats. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Shopping: This shared accommodation is located next to the Plaza Alfalfa, with easy access to the main shopping district. There are cyber cafes, supermarkets and many local shops (food and daily needs) within less than 2-3 min walking. The Encarnacion fresh food market is about 5 minutes away.

Eat and Drink: Recommended for local tapas are Bar Manolo in Plaza Alfalfa and the Italian Restaurant La Mia Tana, located less than 1 minute from the apartment. The Bar Europa on Calle Alcaiceria de la Loza is popular for its varieties of local dishes. There are many, many options in this area.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 6 minutes from the accommodation on Calle Albareda and costs around 18€ per day.
