This location is close to the Alameda de Hércules and the Guadalquivir river, as well as a variety of small cafes, tapas bars and restaurants. Parks, supermarkets, cyber cafes and local shops are also nearby. Many city bus stops are close by to connect you to the rest of the city. The location also allows you to explore the surrounding neighborhoods of the city centre on foot.

This shared apartment has three bedrooms and a full, modern bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The 7th floor location provides a quiet atmosphere as well as plenty of natural light. A television and DVD player are in the shared living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave etc. for all self-catering needs. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Shopping: This shared accommodation is located close to the Calle Feria with its well known fresh food market about 4 minutes away. There are also several supermarkets, bakeries and many locally owned shops all within less than 2-4 min walking from the apartment.

Eat and Drink: The Alameda de Hercules, which is about a 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment, offer many possibilities. The Cafe Alameda de Hercules is popular for its breakfast, and is just next to the Feria street with many restaurants, several local bars and cafes. There are several good restaurants and bars on calle Feria.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 12 minutes from the accommodation on Avenida San Juan de Ribera and costs around 18€ per day.
