The shared apartment is located in the Santa Catalina neighborhood on the calle Gerona. This area is close to the central shopping district and convenient the Macarena neighborhood, Calle Feria and the Alameda de Hercules. Two fresh food markets are within a few minutes’ walk in Plaza de la Encarnacion and the calle Feria. Plenty of local shops for every day needs are close by.

The apartment is has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large fully equipped kitchen including a small dining area. Each bedroom has a workspace (desk with chair). All bedrooms have large exterior windows. The apartment is decorated with original paintings from a local artist and features high ceilings throughout. For those with pet allergies please note the owner has dog. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Shopping: The central shopping district is approximately 5 minutes away where there are many stores, cafes and supermarkets. The nearby Plaza de los Terceros and calle Feria are also filled with many local shops, including bakeries, a fresh food market and more.

Eat and Drink: Both the calle Feria and the Santa Catalina neighborhood have many different options for tapas and dining out, including some international bars and restaurants. The Alameda de Hercules, where there are numerous options for tapas bars, international food and nightlife, is also within about 10 minute walk.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The closest public garage is about 5 minutes from the accommodation along Calle Escuelas Pias, and costs around 19€ per day.
