The location is convenient to the main shopping district (such as the Sierpes and Tetuan streets), a variety of cinemas and the recently renovated Alameda de Hercules. All are within short walking distance. The shared flat is also near many local shops, supermarkets, tapas bars, and cybercafés. This is a popular area for local artists and features homes of typical Andalusian architecture. The Guadalquivir riverbank is about 4 minutes walking from the apartment.

This three-bedroom flat, located on the second floor, is very bright and the shared areas are in general spacious. The complete, shared bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped while the living room is well decorated, with plenty of fresh air and natural light. A free internet connection (WiFi) is available. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Shopping: This shared accommodation is located close to the river and with fairly easy access to the main shopping district. Supermarkets and cyber cafes are close by. The main El Corte Ingles shopping center in Plaza del Duque is close by as well, and has one of the best supermarkets in Seville.

Eat and Drink: In the Plaza de la Gavidia there are several cafes and bars, including Restaurante San Marco and Restaurante Zarabanda, both which serve good Italian food. The nearby Plaza de San Lorenzo and Alameda de Hercules offer numerous options for tapas or a full meal.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 8 minutes from the accommodation on Calle Marqués de Paradas and costs around 18€ per day.
