Piso Josecu is located on Calle Julio César in the centre of Seville, an excellent location for accessing the main shopping district as well as a variety of cinemas, tapas bars and local shops. The Plaza Nueva and Plaza de Armas Bus Station are all within a short walking distance. Jogging and cycling along the Guadalquivir riverbank is also a popular activity in this area. There are plenty of neighborhoods which can be explored on foot from the apartment.

This third floor apartment includes three bedrooms, all of which share a fully equipped bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The kitchen has all of the modern conveniences, while the living room is well decorated and has plenty of fresh air and natural light. There is a shared roof terrace open for use of tenants in the building. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Shopping: This shared accommodation is located close to the river next to the Torneo section of the city. There are many small shops and supermarkets, including Mercadona, which is close by.

Eat and Drink: In and around Calle Reyes Catolicos there are many good options for dining out and tapas. Restaurante Bauhaus Sonoro and Restaurante Asador Salas are two of our recommendations. Nightlife and many other options can be found in the nearby Calle Adriano and Calle Marqués de Paradas.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 3 minutes from the accommodation on Calle Marqués de Paradas and costs around 18€ per day.
