The shared flat is located on Becquer street in the centre of Seville. This area is very close to the Alameda de Hércules with its cafe culture, the Guadalquivir river bank and a variety of small cafes, parks, and nearby panoramic tower which lets you see the finest details of Sevilla from on high. There are also many bus stops close by to connect you to the rest of the city and beyond.

This flatshare has two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The newly installed, roomy kitchen is fully equipped for all self-catering needs. The shared apartment is quiet and allows you to explore the surrounding neighbourhoods of the city centre which are at easy walking distances. In case you have any alergies with pets, please note that the owner has a cat. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Shopping: This shared accommodation is located close to the Calle Feria with its well known fresh food market about 4 minutes away. There are also several supermarkets, bakeries and many locally owned shops all within less than 2-4 min walking from the apartment.

Eat and Drink: The Alameda de Hercules, which is about a 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment, offer many possibilities. The Cafe Alameda de Hercules is popular for its breakfast, and is just next to the Feria street with many restaurants, several local bars and cafes. There are several good restaurants and bars on calle Feria.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 12 minutes from the accommodation on Avenida San Juan de Ribera and costs around 18€ per day.
