Many neighborhoods are easily reachable on foot, including Santa Catalina, the Macarena, Alfalfa and Santa Cruz quarters.

This shared flat has two bedrooms, each with television and private bath. The layout of the apartment offers a semi-private entrance plus a large living area with 3 balconies to the street which is shared between the two bedrooms. Kitchen facilities are shared. There is also high speed WiFi internet access. The tenants have use of a small, private roof terrace. This is also a great flat for those who will have family or friends visiting, as there are a number of hotels and hostals very close to the apartment. Bed linens and towels are provided.
