DESCRIPTION
This shared apartment is located
on Calle Clavellinas in the center of Seville. The recently renovated
building offers 200m2 of space over two floors. The neighborhood is perfect
for exploring the city on foot, and is close to the main shopping district,
supermarkets, and local shops. The flat is only a few minutes walking
to the famous fruit and vegetable market in Calle Feria, the Plaza Encarnación
and the newly renovated Alameda de Hercules, which is a very popular area
for nightlife in Seville. The location of the shared flat also offers
easy access to several typical city center plazas and the train station.
Piso Marta has four double rooms and one single room facing a typical Andalusian patio. Two of the double rooms have a private bath, and one of the double rooms also includes a small kitchenette, and is better described as a private studio apartment. There is a television, DVD and a quiet shared roof terrace which features a small swimming pool. This shared apartment has one bathroom for the roommates with sink, toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave etc., and is roomy enough to accommodate all the occupants. Free Internet access (WiFi) is included. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also an option for breakfast, half- and full-board.
