This shared flat is located on Calle del Segura in the centre of Seville, just a few blocks from the Triana bridge. The location of the apartment is perfect for walking to all of the major monuments and sights, the central shopping district, and two nearby cinemas. The nearby Plaza Nueva offers a tram stop, while the Plaza de Armas Bus Station offers regional bus links to many towns and cities in Spain. The Guadalquivir River is only a few minutes from the flat and is a great place for jogging or cycling. It is easy to explore any of the surrounding neighborhoods in the historical center on foot.

This recently renovated second floor shared flat has two bedrooms, both of which have exterior windows. The single room has one double bed, and shares a bathroom which is fully equipped with a sink, toilet and shower/bath tub. The kitchen is also well equipped, while the living room is nicely decorated with plenty of natural light. There is also free WiFi internet access in the shared apartment. Please note that in case of pet alergies, the owner has a small dog. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Shopping: This shared accommodation is located close to the river next to the Torneo section of the city. There are many small shops and supermarkets, including Mercadona, which is close by.

Eat and Drink: In and around Calle Reyes Catolicos there are many good options for dining out and tapas. Restaurante Bauhaus Sonoro and Restaurante Asador Salas are two of our recommendations. Nightlife and many other options can be found in the nearby Calle Adriano and Calle Marqués de Paradas.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 3 minutes from the accommodation on Calle Marqués de Paradas and costs around 18€ per day.
