This shared flat is located on Calle Duque Cornejo in the Macarena quarter of Seville. This area is popular with locals, and visiting flamenco and art students. The quarter also features some of Seville’s most interesting historic churches. The shared apartment is located about five minutes from the Alameda de Hércules and Calle Feria, where you can find local markets, grocery stores and many other shops. The river, parks, and several local flamenco and Spanish language schools are within easy walking distance. Several bus stops are close by to connect you to the rest of the city. The new mini bus number C5, which covers the central city and major monuments, has a stop less than a minute from the location of this flat.

The shared apartment has two single rooms in total, and has one small bathroom with toilet and sink, plus one fully equipped bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The walls of the apartment have been painted in pleasant, bright pastel colors. The apartment itself is distributed over three floors, with an open roof terrace on the top floor featuring views of the surrounding quarter and the San Luis church. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave etc.. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Shopping: This shared accommodation is located in the Macarena quarter, next to calle San Luis and calle Feria. Both streets have many local shops, especially calle Feria where the local fresh food market is. There are stands for fish, meat and vegetables; even a small organic grocer.

Eat and Drink: The calle Feria offers the most options for dining out, including several typical Andalusian bars, such as one located in the Feria food market, with some of the best fried fish around. Or try the nearby La Madraza, a favorite for locals which fills up quickly.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 10 minutes from the accommodation on Calle Escuelas Pias and costs around 18€ per day.
