Shopping: This shared accommodation is located in the
Santa Cruz / Puerta Carmona quarters. The best area for shopping is Avda
Menendez Pelayo, or Plaza Alfalfa, where the central shopping district
begins. There are several local supermarkets close by and many shops can
be found as you follow calle Luis Montoto out of the city center. The
fresh food market closest to the accommodation is across the avenue and
a few blocks from the Puente de Bomberos.
Eat and Drink: Recommended for local tapas are Bar Las
Antiguas Piletas at the end of Vidrio street. Directly across the street
is a nice Moroccan restaurant and further down calle San Esteban is a
teteria, serving a wide variety of teas from Morocco and the middle east.
Several blocks away on call Luis Montoto is Bar El Caeteto, with a wide
variety of typical Andalusian dishes at good prices.
Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the
streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult
to find a free space. The next public garage is 6 minutes from the accommodation
on Puerta de la Carne and costs around 18€ per day.
