This shared flat is located on Calle del Mar de la Plata in the Triana quarter, which is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Seville. Triana is abound with local shops which cater to almost all of your every day needs: several supermarkets, cyber cafes, bars and local shops are only a few minutes from the shared flat. The city center, featuring the major monuments and central pedestrian shopping district, is just across the river. The Calle San Jacinto, which is around 10 minutes from the apartment, offers many options for tapas bars, cafes and restaurants.

This shared apartment has one single and one double room in total. The shared flat has a nice balcony and overlooks a quiet plaza in the Triana quarter. The rooms on offer have all exterior windows and offer plenty of natural light. This apartment has one shared bathroom with sink, toilet and shower/bath tub. The double room has two single beds but can also be used for 1 person only at a reduced rate. The kitchen is shared amongst roommates and is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave etc.. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Eat and Drink: The Calle Betis, which is about a 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment, offers many possibilities for restaurants, several local bars and cafes. There are also good restaurants and bars close to Calle San Jacinto, Calle Castilla and Calle Antillano Campos.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 12 minutes from the accommodation on Plaza del Altozano and costs around 18€ per day.
