DESCRIPTION
The shared flat “Piso Teresa” is
located on Calle Fray Diego de Cadiz in the Macarena quarter of Seville.
This accommodation is very close the old city walls, the Macarena city
gate and the Guadalquivir River. This is an area filled with locals, and
everyday life in Seville can be sampled at its highest level. Supermarkets,
fresh food markets and many shops for daily needs are located within easy
walking distance.
The Piso Teresa includes three bedrooms in total. The second floor apartment has been recently renovated and most of the rooms have exterior windows. The shared bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. A modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for all self-catering needs. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The Cafe Alameda de Hercules is popular for its breakfast, and is just next to the Feria street with many restaurants, several local bars and cafes. There are several good restaurants and bars on calle Feria.
Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the apartment, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The next public garage is 12 minutes from the accommodation on Avenida San Juan de Ribera and costs around 18€ per day.
