Only the most frequently asked questions are listed here. The questions are answered with short explanations, if necessary with links and with references.


Reservation

Please fill out one of our request forms (your email address is very important) and we will send you an email within 12 hours. After we have confirmed the availability, you can make the booking by credit card via our reservation form or sending the details by fax or give them over the phone. We will confirm your reservation by email, including the address and contact information. For more information please read this section how to reserve.


Cancellations

For any cancellations relating to our hotels or hostels, you can find individual policies on each establishment page. During different seasons policies may vary. We will inform you of these details with each detailed offer and confirmation. For shared flats, cancellations will result in a no refund of the deposit. The option to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances can be made at the discretion of sleepngo.com.


Credit cards

Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. We use a secure server with SSL encryption, which ensures a confidential data exchange over the internet.


Location, Day and Nightlife

All the accommodations are in the historical centre of Seville. Each is presented with the street name, location map and information on supermarkets, bars, cafes, clubs etc. For city maps and other brochures, the staff of the Tourist Information will be very happy to give or send you the required information. Breakfast

The majority of the hotels offers breakfast and most of the hostels do not offer this service. You can find this information on each description page.


Parking

Next to all the accommodations, there are public parkings with less than 10 miuntes walking. You can also try to park your car in one of the small streets around the accommodation, but it is often difficult to find a free space.
