The hotel is within an old Sevillian residence which was just renovated in 2010. Architectural details include marble floors and the original tiles from Triana which can be found throughout the house. Wood beam ceilings are also in several common areas and rooms. The historic details of the house have been blended with many modern comforts.

Rooms in the Hotel Casas de Santa Cruz have windows facing either the central patio or the narrow street in front of the hotel. Exposed brick walls and wood floors are features in the guest rooms. All rooms include air conditioning and heating, complete bathroom and LCD television. Breakfast is served in the adjacent Restaurante Santa Cruz and is included in the price of the room. Monuments: This hotel is located close to all the most popular monuments and sights in the center of Seville. The Cathedral, the Plaza de España, the Alcázar, the Plaza Nueva and the Casa Pilatos are all within less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Shopping: The hotel is located in a small street in the Santa Cruz quarter, with easy access to the main shopping district and many local shops within less than 2-3 min walking.

Eat and Drink: Recommended for local cuisine are the bars and restaurants on calle Mateos Gago and calle Santa Maria La Blanca. The family who runs the hotel also have several restaurants and shops, the most convenient being Restaurante Santa Cruz, with an entrance right in front of the hotel.

Parking: The hotel is in a pedestrian only zone and it is not possible to park for free close by. The closest public garage is about 5 minutes from the accommodation in the Puerta de la Carne and costs around 18€ per day.
