The central location is excellent for visiting the city: the popular Arenal and Santa Cruz quarters are within 5 and 10 minutes respectively. The recently refurbished hotel includes 11 guest rooms on over two floors. The hotel common areas include a central patio and roof terrace with views of the surrounding quarter. The original architecture of the historic home was maintained, including typical exterior balconies. The interior or the building is modern and bright, including original paintings by local artists, plants and flowers.

The modern guest rooms are furnished to include a full, private bathroom, climate control, satellite television and comfortable beds. The superior class rooms in the hotel include large 42" flat televisions and a small sofa. Two of these superior class rooms have balconies to the pedestrian street. Standard double rooms face the hotel patio.

Monuments: This hotel is located only a few minutes away from the Museum of Fine Arts and the Sunday Art Market. Walking distance to the Plaza de Toros is approximately 7 minutes and the Cathedral and Alcazar is 12 minutes.

Shopping: The hotel is the perfect location for shopping, just a few meters from Calle San Eloy, one the principal shopping streets of the city. Calles Sierpes and Tetuan, as well as 4 different El Corte Ingles locations are all within less than a five minute walk.

Eat and Drink: There are a number of good tapas bars and restaurants close to the hotel. We recommend Bar Flor de mi Viña on Calle San Roque for very good traditional Andalusian food. El Berrocal is known for their seasonal menu and good wine selection.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the hotel, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. There are two nearby public garages between 3 – 6 minutes from the accommodation: Parking Plaza de Armas and Parking Plaza Magdalena, both which are around 20€ per day.
