Hotel "Un Patio en Santa Cruz" is located in a renovated 18th century Sevillian house in the heart of the Santa Cruz quarter of Seville just 5 minutes from the Cathedral. The hotel's location on a small pedestrian street is a perfect base for exploring the city on foot. The former residence includes 13 guest rooms with modern interiors. The renovation of the hotel preserved many of the original elements of the house, such as the central patio, balconies to the street and a typical roof terrace. Inside we find unique and charming decoration, including original artwork which was carefully selected by the owner.

All double rooms have windows onto the small central patio, while twin rooms have balconies or large windows to the street below. Two rooms on the third floor can be connected, and both have access to the roof terrace of the hotel. Each room’s decoration features modern furniture and hardwood floors and includes a fully equipped bathroom, television, and climate control. The installation of double-paned windows in the rooms ensures a quiet stay. All floors are directly accessible via lift. High speed WiFi internet access is available free of charge.
