Located in a 18th century Sevillian house in the Santa Cruz quarter of Seville, Hotel YH Giralda is situated only one hundred meters from the Cathedral. The historic home was a former house of abbots, and was renovated to include 14 guest rooms. The hotel amenities include an Andalusian style patio, guest sitting room, 24 hour reception, and wireless internet access. The original exposed wooden beams and high ceilings can be found in the common areas and most rooms. Original paintings from a local artist can be found in the hotel common areas. The hotel's location is also excellent for a visit to Seville: the principal monuments are minutes away, while the charming pedestrian streets of Santa Cruz are at the doorstep.

Room orientation is overlooking the pedestrian street in front of the hotel or the patios of the hotel. Guest rooms include television, air conditioning and heating, and a fully equipped bathroom, including hydro-massage showers in most rooms. A two level suite features a ground level salon with sofa and stairs leading to the loft style sleeping quarters.

In this section you will find some information about the surroundings of the hotel:

Monuments: This hotel is located just a minute from the Cathedral, with the Alcazar and Archivo de Indias another minute away. The historic streets of Santa Cruz and the Juderia are just outside of the hotel. The Plaza de Toros and river can be reached in less than 10 minutes walk.

Shopping: The central shopping district is less than 10 minutes away. There are also several small, more tourist oriented shops along the Calle Mateos Gago, adjacent to the hotel.

Eat and Drink: Calle Mateos Gago has a number of tapas bars and restaurants, as well as in the nearby streets of Santa Cruz. We recommend Bar Las Columnas (Bodega Santa Cruz) as a popular meeting and tapas spot. For Italian, Restaurante San Marco offers good food in an historic atmosphere: part of the establishment is located in the ruins of a 12th century Arab bath.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in one of the streets close to the hotel, but please note that it is often difficult to find a free space. The most convenient garage is Parking Cano y Cueto, located just of Calle Menendez Pelayo bordering the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Price is approximately 19€ per day.
