You can see descriptions and photographs of the shared flats, hostels and hotels on our website. If you are interested in one of our accommodations, we will be happy to answer any questions you have before making a reservation.

HOTELS/HOSTELS
After receiving your request, we will check the availability with the hotel or hostel and send you a detailed price offer including the link to our secure reservation form. After receiving your payment information and confirming the reservation with the establishment, we will send you the booking confirmation including the address and contact information of the hotel/hostal.

In general, reservations are confirmed in 12-24 hours. For any cancellations relating to our hotels or hostels you can find individual policies on each hotel/hostel page. During different seasons policies may vary. We will inform you of these details with each detailed offer and confirmation.


SHARED FLATS
After receiving your request, we will check the availability for the accommodation selected and send you a detailed price offer including the link to our secure reservation form. To reserve a room in a shared flat a deposit calculated on the total price is required. After confirming the reservation, we need to know your estimated arrival time by email, so you can be greeted when you arrive at the apartment. It is necessary that you have a copy of your passport upon arrival.

In our confirmation email, we will forward you the address of the accommodation and a contact number to call when you arrive in Seville or after checking out at the airport. You can arrive between 4pm (16:00 hours) at the earliest and 10pm (22:00 hours) at the latest. The flat departure time is at the latest 11am (11:00 hours). If necessary you can request an hour outside these schedules and if it is possible we will arrange it.
