PENSION PEREZ MONTILLA

The Pension Perez Montilla is within the Juderia quarter of Seville, about 5 minutes from the major monuments and sights. The twenty room pension is family run, offering economical accommodation in an excellent location for many years. The small, pedestrian streets of the Juderia neighborhood are located just behind the main building. This section of town features many small, budget accommodations as well as several smaller boutique hotels. The cafes and restaurants close by are popular with travelers and locals alike. La Carboneria, a spot famous for nightlife and free live flamenco shows, is just a few minutes away from the pension.

Guest rooms in the Pension Perez Montilla are distributed on the 3 upper floors of the house. Most of the rooms include a private bathroom and television, while all have air conditioning and heating. A few rooms overlook the plaza, while most have windows facing interior patios. Options include private or shared bath for single and double rooms. All triple rooms have a private bath, while the quadruple room has a private, exterior bathroom (the bathroom is located outside of the sleeping quarters, but is for exclusive use of the room). Guests with portable computers can connect to the internet using the free WiFi connection (reaches most rooms).

Conditions/Cancellation Policy: The hostal requires a charge in the total amount of 1 night as a reservation guarantee. If cancellation is made more than 10 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the hostal will refund the reservation deposit less a 5% processing fee. If cancellation is made less than 10 days before arrival date, then the price of one night will not be refunded to your credit card.

Monuments: The closest monuments to the hostal are the Cathedral, Alcazar and Archivo de Indias. Following calle San Clemente (just behind the accommodation) the Casa de Pilatos can be found in about 5 – 7 minutes.

Shopping: The central shopping district (Calle Sierpes, Tetuan, Plaza Nueva) is located about 10 minutes away. The closest local shops can are on the adjacent Avda. Menendez Pelayo, less than 1 minute from the accommodation.

Eat and Drink: On calle Santa Maria La Blanca (approx. 20 meters from the hostel) you will find many cafes and restaurants. In the same plaza as the accommodation there is Casa Diego, which offers a quality and economical “Menu del Día”. On the nearby calle Mateos Gago there are also many options.

Parking: It is very difficult to park your car in the street close to the hostal. The closest public garage is about 4 minutes from the accommodation in Puerta de la Carne and costs around 18€ per day.
