But we will always inform you about the actual/seasonal rates and conditions (from the establishments, accommodations and sleepngo.com) before confirming a reservation.
Sleepngo.com is not liable for personal or property damage caused to sleepngo.com customers. Cancellations can be made at any time by the establishments, accommodations and our (sleepngo.com) discretion.
For the presented shared apartments: We offer reservation services to help individuals locate accommodation in shared flats. Please note for the presented apartments the furniture, decoration and in some cases amenities can change, as these changes are dependent on the flat owners and at times the roommates. The norms and living conditions in the apartments can change depending on the roommates living in the apartment. These norms and living conditions depend upon each of the renters, as they are responsible for following and maintaining the rules. If the household rules and norms are not followed the contract for accommodation could be terminated and will result in the lost of the deposit and an immediate check-out.
Reservations can only be made by credit card
After confirming the availability for the accommodation requested, we will send you a link to our reservation form. You can also print the form out and send it by Fax or call and give your details over the phone. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Privacy and Data Security
Information we may request includes your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, credit card details as well as other similar personal information.
We use a secure server with SSL encryption, which ensures a confidential data exchange over the internet. If you are still worried about sending your payment information via this medium, then you can also send us the information by fax or give your details over the phone.
Information regarding you (such as name, address and phone number) will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation without your consent.
